I get very dizzy and almost feel like I'm blackenout. Just curious.

I have naturally low blood pressure when I'm not pregnant and mine remains low in pregnancy but I'm completely healthy so there's no worries . It's just natural for my body . Try not worry yourself too much . Low pressure is only an issue if your dizzy and light headed all the time
