Diareah 9dpo

Omg i was sitting watchin tv and all of a sudden started getting really bad pains (couple of hours before this had mild period like pain) so i went too lay in bed the pains got worse like i mean some were really painful especially mad paims in my left side... ran to toilet then had diareah and straight after that im fine again apart from lower back ache...what do people think? X
