Motivation to exercise during first trimester fatigue

Any tips for getting started with exercise when you're so tired? I usually have insomnia and so tired these days I take a nap or lie down when my daughter does. Signed up for a 10k run clinic but have only been going to the clinics which are once a week. I'm thinking if starting simple 5 min a day mostly to make a habit and get me motivated like doing bridges and sit ups
