Help wit feminine odor ?

Ladies what do you do or use to keep feminine odor away or on a normal level. #help plz no i dont have a STD. I JUST DONT FEEL OR SMELL FRESH AFTER SEX or when im done wit my period.

Stay hydrated, eat healthy (fresh fruits and vegetables), and wear cotton underwear more. Don't use summers eve or any other vagina-specific wash! It's not good for soap to be in your vagina. Wash with mild, fragrance free soap on the outside only.

They have a spray from summers eve to spray your underwear with to get rid of the odor. I use summers eve wash it's great I love it it even gets rid of a slight odor. There are also wipes by summers eve that you can use after sex or on your period.

Staying hydrated helps me. letting it breath helps too. Sleep without undies a couple nights.
