Advice about gaining weight

I've lost alot of weight and am trying to gain it back ,if you guys know any tips that will help me gain my wieght back I will reLly appriciate your advice !!! I used to weigh 135 and I dropped down to 120 because of medication last time I weigh myself I weighed 130
