It depends on what you're looking for. I personally like the IUD because I am monogomous don't want to get pregnant for years and I don't want to worry about daily birth control. Also I have bad periods and the IUD will lessen them and can help with endometriosis. The insertion wasn't pleasant but it's been worth it for me. Talk to your doctor and research what's best for your lifestyle.

The shot was bad for me. I loved my ring. Now I'm using FAM with condoms (if your both fine with a surprise pregnancy).

Abstinence technically is the best birth control. But the pills are 99.9% effective if taken everyday at the same time.

everyone is different. I like the patch personally, cuz its hard for me to take a pill every day. took the pill for about 3 yrs, mirena for 4, and been on the partch til now. We will be ttc very soon, but I hope I can find a good bc for when I start breast feeding and such.

I like the pill Im on. But I'm on yaz and the risks are higher than some so I don't want to recommend it.
