If I'm mad at my fiancé (or if he's just being a moody butt) i make him a snack, hand him his xbox controller, and leave the room. Even though it's a relationship, people need their space sometimes, you don't need to "teach him a lesson" just because you're not happy with how he's feelings.

All of those options are terrible. In my experiance if you feel the need to teach your SO a lesson when you don't like his behavior there are bigger issues at play. That being said when my SO is truly driving me crazy I take a night off, instead of punishing him I kinda reward myself. I go out with my friends and have fun and just relax. It's usually best for both of us. I get to take a step back and relax and he gets time by himself too. Then we'll talk about what was truly wrong or why I was so bothered.
