Did you conceive when overweight? Or overweight and fertility problems?

My SO and I tried for 3 years. I'm overweight and only have 1 ovary. We tried clomid and nothing happened. It was really depressing and I pretty much gave up. I ended up getting pregnant out of the blue. It's a total surprise to both of us and we both never thought it would happen. I'm 7 weeks 4 days now and I'm a nervous wreck. I go for my first ultrasound next week and I'm praying everything looks normal and there's a heartbeat!

I was overweight when I got pregnant & m/c a whole ago. If I remember correctly I had lost some weight right before that.

With my son me and hubby tired for 3 or so years got nothing I started loseing weight bam I got pregnant with him.  I'm ttc #2 and overweight but trying to lose it but praying it still happens. Good luck to u
