Late period

I'm 5 days late , I've taken two pregnancy test they were both negative . I am TTC . When I was 3months pregnant with my daughter and took 2 pregnancy test , they both showed negative so I'm kinda worried I might have low pregnancy hormones or something . But I don't want to get excited because my period have been regular but sometimes theyre off a week . Should I go to the doctor ?
