Thanks ladies I'm in the gym I don't do anything special just weigh lifting and circuit training like suicides and running in the treadmill I'm in Ireland so I also go to slimming world you can look it up online and get tonnes of recipes from it I'm not always good I have to get back on plan now that I'm ttc I haven't eat good or workout in 5weeks and thank god I only gain 2lbs

Very nice! All the motivation I needed was thinking to myself, "Hey, I'm never going to have the perfect body, and if I work at it then I can look very good and start turning heads! I'd never been able to get away with wearing a bikini and hey, that's every woman's dream before she turns 40! I'm running out of time here got to get moving!"

So now I'm close to having the body I want. Great job on your progress!

Omg well done!!! How long did it take and what was your workout routine like? Also what foods do you eat? I'm trying to lose a dress size but I can't stop eating. I think I'm coming on size 12 if I keep eating the way I am. I used to be an 8/10. Your advice would be much appreciated :-) xx
