First Trimester Workouts?!
I really want to continue working out but I'm nervous to do anything strenuous. Any suggestions on workouts that I can do during the first trimester? Any websites or places I can find videos or articles?? I've tried YouTube and I found a few but some make me so nervous with the jumping jacks and the over exertion. Maybe I'm being a paranoid mama? ?
