When did you get your DD ears done?

Question

When did you get earrings out in your DD ears? I got my 3 year olds done at 9months old and she was fine and didn't make no fuss at all. I know Claire's do it from 16 weeks old but dunno whether to wait till 9ish months again it have earlier with this baby

Im not asking if it's right or wrong to do, so please no bashing or preaching.

It's best to get it done in a professional piercing parlor with a needle & not a gun at Claire's or in any mall. I had mine done when I was a baby but I will not do my daughter's until she asks me or tells me she wants them. She is currently 17 months.

I got my first piercings done at age 10! My mom said she wanted me to learn responsibility of cleaning them and such which is great! I got my second piercing at 17 for my birthday:) again, I had to clean and make sure i was responsible! I would suggest a needle piercer however, much cleaner, and way less painful! Here's my piercings! (One on my left lobe as well)

I got mine done at 2 months. Never had a problem. I actually have 2 holes in each ear that were done when I was an infant. I haven't done my daughters. I was going to do it as an infant, but never got around to it and now I decided to wait until she's old enough to understand the pain and care that will be involved with getting her ears pierced, and I will be taking her to a professional piercer. Claire's, ear padoga and other such places that just use guns are really unsafe and unsanitary. Piercing guns are plastic and cannot be sterilized.

I decided when she's old enough to ask for it, then we'll do it. I have sensitive ears and dealt with infections, so I didn't want to take that risk while she's so young.

I don't have kids yet but I will wait until she asks to have it done. I don't believe in body modification to infants.

I got both of my daughters ears done when they were 3 months. I got them done at walmart. They didnt cry but i jumped while holding them because i was scared. They are now 2 & 1 and I have changed them while they are sleep and they never mess with them

my 6 year old just had hers done I'm not a fan of doing them as an infant I waited until my dd was ready and hassling me she's looked after them amazing x

I had my ears pierced when I was.. I think 9 or 10. I regret it though because my mom took me to piercing pagoda where they pierce you with a gun, which is unsanitary and wrong. I wish my mom took me to an actual piercing shop where I could have been pierced properly with a clean hollow needle.
