Why does it keep saying I'm pregnant?!?!

On this app you can either put 
1. Not trying to convince 
2. Considering pregnancy 
3. Trying to convince
4.  I'm pregnant 
I have it set to trying to convince 
But it keeps saying I'm pregnant why

It has that under trying to conceive so when you become pregnant you hit the green check mark next to it. It isn't saying you're currently pregnant:-) I thought the same thing!
