Ever since right before I found out I was pregnant I've been breaking out bad. I thought it was going to be a bad period but turned out to be pregnancy hormones. Does anyone have any recommendations for the horrible acne I've been getting?

Use rose water or rose hip water. It's all natural and sagey mom used it with me when she would break out and I'm using it now does pretty well. I've tried Cetaphil and does not work for me.

This is what I switched to. It's not as good as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide but it works pretty well. I use just the wash not the moisturizer. http://www.cetaphil.com/about-cetaphil/advanced-technology-acne-prone-skin

Found this on baby center. It says if the salicylic acid is a face wash that can be rinsed off and it is less than 2% salicylic acid then it is considered safe.

No salicylic acid! It's in the aspirin family which is a no no during pregnancy!
