Is your SO supportive?

Question

When you're upset is your SO supportive? Is it possible for a man to be a good boyfriend/fiancé/husband but provide no emotional support?

Answer

My husband is ALWAYS supportive of me, all the time, no matter what. 
For instance: tonight his mother started her usual routine of comparing me to herself, her mother, her other daughter in law, etc, to show him how inadequate I am as a wife. His response? To respectfully point out everything he finds amazing about me, and why he thinks I'm the perfect wife for him. 
We are a team: nobody and nothing comes between us. If I'm hurt, its his priority to fix it, and I do the same for him.
That's what marriage is all about.

Sometimes when I get upset my boyfriend would just get mad or frustrated that I was upset. And because of that it makes me more upset lol. I had a talk with him letting him know that I didn't like that he gets frustrated when im upset. And that I think he should be more comforting and try to cheer me up. And he said he'll work on it and I can tell he has been. :)

I wouldn't be able to be with a man who wasn't emotional supportive.

My boyfriend use to be that way with me and 3 years into it thinks seem completely different from what they were. I am just so confused. You ladies are very blessed to have what you do, but obviously you already know that ❤️

Sometimes I wish he was all the time but I know he's perfect for me he just needs to show a little more emotional support considering how emotional I get
