Pimples, is it normal to get them on af?

I have never gotten them before so I was wondering if it was normal

Weirdly, I know my af is coming because I get a major breakout. No need for pregnancy tests for me! Lol

It is completely normal to break out during AF. If it usually happens around the chin and jawline area that is a "hormonal breakout" which happens when your hormones are going a little wild (aka your period).
