May of had a bfp this morning!!

I think I had a reallllly faint bfp this morning. I'm freaking out. I had a early miscarriage last month and haven't had a period yet. Could this still be hormones from last pregnancy?? Has anyone had a healthy baby straight after a miscarriage? Xx
