Do you gain weight after your period?

I've gained 3 lbs since my last period. I know it doesn't sound like much but my goal is in the other direction. It's been two weeks and I'm working out and working two jobs, so I'm not being lazy! I've also had to stop running and focus on other types of cardio. Could it make me gain weight by switching!?
