So i was diagnosed with PCOS some months back after trying to conceive for a little over a year. Ive been given provera, clomid, done OPKs but nothing has worked. I know how ovulation works but I have no clue if Im ovulating or when for sure. A few months back my period totally disappeared for like 4 months straight and thats when I was put on Metformin. 24 days after taking it my period came back. Right now im on my 3rd consecutive cycle and my doctor told me its time to start trying again. I have even started taking prenatals in hopes that it helps. Have any of you ladies done metformin and after how long were you successful in conceiving? Did you combine metformin and clomid, etc... Please some advice would be awesome!
