I feel like my period is resetting itself... TMI

So I was a DEPO user for 3 years, been off 3 years. This last year I've been the most regular I have been since I got off DEPO, although I had been TTC and definitely was paying way too much attention to symptoms, however I have quit for a while just trying to enjoy my life with my SO. Well, this month my AF came as regular but something is definitely different... I had a lot of clots the first 2 days then it went really light and today its just spotting; usually I'm just heavy until its done... should I call my Dr about this kind of change??
