Hi. I found out two weeks ago that I have a syst on one of my ovaries, both ovaries are inflamed & are filled with excess fluid, & both of my tubes are blocked. I have a consultation appointment on Tuesday to see what my options are.  I've been cramping constantly, which prompted the Dr. visit when I found all this out.  I was prescribed pain meds to help with the cramping. It got worse last night & AF has made her appearance 5 days early. I'm usually pretty regular. With all my other symptoms, I'm getting a little (ok, maybe a little more than a little) scared. It's a Saturday, so I can't call my Dr. Until tomorrow.  Has anything similar happened to anyone? Is this cause for panic?
