I have been trying to conceive for almost three years, I have a 5 year old son who was conceived the second we mentioned trying for our first child, I am Still with the man who fathered my first child, I am at my wits end and am ready to punch the next person to ask the question "when is the next one coming" seriously people I will cut someone the next time I'm asked that question... Anyways my periods are completely regular I just finished my monthly period, I am two day away from my fertile week I am having serious menstral like cramping in my right ovary.... I've google everything I can think of and all that comes up is pregnancy questions I sure I'm not pregnant cause it's just not happening.... What could these cramps be or mean... Thanks!
