Natural Ways to Help Really Bad Period Symptoms
I'm on the second day of a horrible period. I feel totally wiped out!! Does anyone have any natural minded solutions to help ease the cramping, bloating, and exhaustion? I have been drinking plenty of liquids and upped my iron via veggies. If I don't have to pump my body full of chemicals, I'd rather not. Is there anything you do that works? Thanks in advance!
