Blood type and compatability

I read that women with O blood types produce more FSH and therefore have lower quality eggs and count.

My SO is B- and I'm O+ and wondering if this combo makes us incompatible?

Anyone out there with same blood type conceived easily?

I'm 32yo, 1st time ttc, regular period.
