In my opinion leave him alone! I happened to be in this situation except I was the girlfriend! It is an awful feeling and it really hurts. Don't be the reason why he would leave her. If he isnt happy he won't be with her anymore an maybe you guys might find a chance to be together, but like I said don't be the reason for him to leave.

I would give him a choice, his girlfriend or you, if he tells you it's complicated or doesn't want to choose between then he's not worth your time, he needs to have the decency to be honest with her and not keep leading her on in a relationship if he's really into you instead, and if he really wants to be with her then he needs to be honest with you, if he can't make a choice or gets pissed at you for asking him to then he's playing you and her and he's probably not worth it
