Poking and nauseous feeling

I have a poking feeling in my right side of my pelvic. Was uncomfortable for a couple minutes then died down a little. Also was a bit nauseous earlier. Glow says my fertile window just ended yesterday but I had ewcm on the 11th and 12th. Any one know anything about this at what I assume is 3-4 dpo??
