Going to sleep when I have my period is the most annoying thing ever!!! Everytime I move or turn I feel blood coming out and sometimes I could be wearing a huge overnight pad and because moved a certain way it'll leak of the pad. UGH!!!!! Ladies, please tell me you understand the struggle!!!!

This is the exact reason I prefer tampons. I hate the I-feel-like-I'm-wearing-a-diaper shindig.

Cup is the way to go! Leave it in overnight without worry, no leakage, no pad, no need to sleep in clothing at all if you're not into that. ?

It is very unhealthy to wear a tampon while you sleep. I always use the ultra thin overnight pads with wings, and they work just fine if not better than the maxi version. (More comfortable and less of that diaper feeling)

Oh I most definitely understand that issue I would layer a smaller pair of undies over to make the pad closer and would wear boxer shorts, at least until I switched to the Luna cup now it's a worry free night.
