TTC ! Pain in both ovaries.. Cyst or conception??

Hi Ladies! My SO and I have even TTC for 4 months for Baby#2.  We BD'ed 4 out of the 6 fertile window days. Ever since 4dpo I have been having cramping in my ovaries, pain switches from left to right. especially when I lay down at night it increases and starts to feel like menstrual cramps but I am only 7dpo. I just got over having 2 hemmoraging cysts on my right ovary (literally ruptured last month) so I'm nervous it's another cyst and I won't get my BFP!!! Any insight ladies? Maybe anybody can relate? Technically I start testing tomorrow or the next day but I'm so nervous for a BFN :(
