Should I Test or Wait?

So I'm brand new to Glow and another fertility app, BUT my old <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> (which I've used for years) is telling me I'm 3 days late. I don't feel pregnant, but not sure if I should just test now or wait until I'm late on here and that other app (the 19th)??? What do you all think?
