Has anyone had a ultra sound at 4weeks 3days and nothing been seen???

I work in a radiology office. Normally nothing will show on the ultrasound until 6-7 weeks along.

I had mine done around 6 weeks due to spotting and all it shown was a dot and a little line . My ultrasound tech said I may not have seen anything an you typically don't until closer to seven weeks.

Both and they done my hcg levels and there 916 which they meAsure at 4 weeks 3 days and that was today having them re done wensday to check they double or triple am so worried
