Medical insurance

I am 19w1d pregnant with my second!I had sooner care and when it expired (before I was pregnant) I went to renew it and they still haven't got it done!I went and renewed it last week and my boyfriend had to call today since it is in his name and they told him they have to send us a letter in the mail and it could take weeks!I haven't got to see a doctor at all every single week Ive looked online to see if they've accepted the form and they haven't :( I want to make sure my baby is healthy but have no idea what I can do since I'm 17 I can't get any insurance on my own.
