Time for the next baby?

When is a good time to start planning for our second child? I am 34 and have a 10mth old, we would like to have a second baby but I am not sure when is a good time to try again. It took us six months to conceive our first little one. Any suggestions?

I have a 17 month old & am 17 weeks 4days pregnant. If you feel you can handle two children close in age then there's no reason not to start trying as soon as you feel ready.

If you dont mind having them close to each other then I would suggest that you potty train your 10 mo old early while trying to get pregnant. That way you only have to change one baby diapers. SO and I are planning to have them at least a year apart but no more than 2 apart
