Ive been with my bf for 5 years and for the past 2 yrs his been saying his gng to propose but never does..yes financial situation s have came up, but I would think if he really wanted to he would be saving.Im not even asking for an expensive ring..i honestly could care less abou the ring.. we live together and have a child.I feel like its something that has to do with me.Idk.But would it be wrong to give him an ultimatum? ? He promisednhe would propose this yr and is now saying he cant ???because of money problems..
