Is the plan b pill like abortion?

I want to know what does it do? What does the packaging look like? How much is it? Does it only have 1 pill inside?

Not to scare you, but my friend got pregnant even though she took plan B. I'm not sure if she took it late or not because there is only 72 hours, but it isn't anything like an abortion pill because it stops a baby from being conceived rather than ending a pregnancy

No plan b isnt an abortion pill. you take it in the first 72 hours after the unprotected sex. The sooner the better. Its $50 (somewhere around there) and I have heard that yo uh can buy it anywhere now.  It should be in the condom, pregnancy test, lube aisle. But if you are already pregnant it will not force an abortion.

I'm not sure about how many. Plan b you have to take within 72 hours of sex. It stops your egg from conceiving the sperm so conception doesn't happen.

One pill and you should take it withing 72 hours after having unprotected sex, the label in the package explains clearly that it won't work if you are already pregnant so no it's not like and abortion it's just an emergency anticonceptive that should not be taking as regular birth control.

As far as the abortion moral. It is like I said, it's a personal moral. To me personally I see it as abortion because you are terminating a possible pregnancy. Other people may not see it that way though so really it's all how you think yourself.

If you are already pregnant an it's after 72 hours then the pill won't work. Once it's all be done an the sperm is indeed in your egg an forming it won't be able to stop it. Good luck. Hope I helped. :)
