Constipation/zofran ?(tmi no pic)

Anyone really blocked up from
​Zofran!? I literally haven't been able to  poop (sorry tmi!!) for about 4 weeks it's so miserable im soo bloated I
look 20 weeks pregnant at 10 weeks lol anything you have found that works to help clear you out!

A lot fiber , I had to take colace 3 times a day , eating oranges ( even that white part ) helped me a lot, more than eating pruns. 
Zofran really helps with nausea , but constipation is terrible too!

Meeeeee!!!!! Ugh I'm going crazy because of it!!! And it causese to be nauseated because I need to go. So it defeats the purpose.

Omg !! I never put the 2 together, I didn't realize Zofran backed you up!!! Usually fruit & a ton of water helps get things moving for me!

Talk to your doc about what laxatives are safe. I was told dulcolax tablets were fine. Being backed up for so long can make you really sick. Also drink plenty of water to help soften it all..

Omg yes me it's so bad ! Try when u get up to drink warm water and a lot of fresh lemon juice it really helps also I have found calcium and magnisum pills work everytime for me. Or you can ask dr for a prescription.  Drink a ton of qater
