Confused with this test

Background: My last period was late October.  We called it quits for trying this month in November I had a heavy flow thought to be a chemical. We've had lots of sex not baby dancing kind lol.  And I'm was diagnosed with a random uti infection and have been taking antis.  Can this be a result of my antis for this second line.  I saw it the second I tested but soooooooo faint I discarded it.  This pic was taking now probably 3 hours later. Any thoughts?  Do utis delay your period, I'm also two days late with no sign of AF
