Encouragements pls

I think am gonna break down and cry. I just want a baby. Why is it taking so long? I have been ttc for a year and one month now. Am tired of temping, opking, cervical position and cm checking. It's just emotionally draining. I feel my problems are too much. Irregular cycle, weight issues and ttc. I need a friend please. Please, someone help please.
