Pregnancy test... I would say positive... But test again in a few days with your first morning urine.

Looks like a faint positive to me too mine was like that with my last baby and i went to the dr and had a blood test and it was positive! He is now 2 and a half and we are trying again but no luck so far so congrats if it turns out positive at the drs!!
