Twins?

I'm 6 weeks, had my first ultrasound. They found 2 sacs but only one baby. It measures at about 5 weeks. I wonder if the other one will eventually show or be a vanishing twin? This is my second pregnancy.

I bet it will show up later! 5 weeks is super early! I couldn't see my daughter at 5 weeks just a sac
