Braxton Hick Contractions??

Hey ladies, anyone experiencing or experienced these? I THINK I am.... But not sure... Started last night and it was off and on maybe 3 times between yeaterday and today. They don't hurt where im doubled over in pain but it's more like a period ache. The girls are moving while having these feelings..... Any idea on what it is?

Does your stomach harden when you get the pains? I think that's Braxton Hicks but this is my first pregnacy too so I can't be positive lol but I have achey pains and my stomach hardens so I've been assuming it's Braxton Hicks

I get them when I go over speed bumps! I think as long as they're not painful and coming regularly they should be fine. I'm sure even in my last pregnancy I started getting them around this time too x

Yes definitely! I get them, I had them with the boys and with each pregnancy they get stronger and come earlier on. I'm not knowledgable with twins but maybe having 2 makes them stronger. Braxton hicks are a good sign though, it means your body is preparing you and everything is healthy. My stomach goes rock hard but doesn't feel painful. I find a cold glass of water relaxes it again. ?
