The "Official" talk

What's the best way to go about the "official" talk? I've been hanging out, and sleeping with a guy. I'm pretty sure he wants more than just being fuck buddies, he actually does ask me questions, and remembers what I say.  What's the best way to bring it up? Obviously, it should be in person, and just us two. Thanks everyone!
