These are separate issues. Pee comes out through your urethra, and this is different from your vagina, which is where sperm would be deposited. Peeing will not affect sperm that is inside of you but as others have said, can help to prevent urinary tract infections.

There is a belief that keeping the semen closer to the cervix after ejaculation increases your chances but I don't know for sure.  I do know that I've been told that any viable swimmers get where they need to be within seconds so you don't need to worry too much about a little spillage ?

Billions of sperm are released when he ejaculates, and can live in you for about 3 days. So in the sense that even a  sperm on the vulva can get you pregnant,  yes pee would kill that sperm. Also that is highly unlikely anyway. A lot of "it" does fall out after words, but this is excess fluids and dead sperm, but don't worry, these is PLENTY more to fetilize. On alother note, peeing after is good because it helps clean the vulva, helping prevent infection. So pee to your hearts content.
