It took about 6 weeks to get a period after I had my IUD out. But since you can get pregnant between the time of removal and first period, give it a week or two and test. The dollar store tests are cheap and accurate, you can stock up and test a couple times a week :)

I had a iud before I had my first child. 2 months ofter I had it taken out I got pregnant . Take a test and use first morning pee.
