I haven't looked at it but I am going off a YouTube video of a girl talking about it. It's basically telling you when to have sex..and yea it's a timing plan. It's mostly for women who had miscarriages but it also says it's very useful for TTC women..Google it...it sounds interesting..I'm praying I'm pregnant this cycle but if not I will try this :)

We kinda did the cycle we got pregnant, it's pretty much just a matter of timing!
