So confused

So yesterday I thought af had arrived because I was bleeding, but I didn't have cramps. That's odd for me because I have endo. Now I am 14dpo and nothing,no bleeding no cramps no sign of her. I took a hpt and negative...I am just so confused. Anyone have any advice or ideas what's going on??
