Does your SO take Multi to help TTC

The only reason I ask is because although my husband takes his he grouses. I feel like if we are in this together we should try everything and his doctor told him too

My dh and I both started taking multi vitamins 3 months prior to Ttc. I took vitafusion prenatal gummy and he took one a day men's. Once we got our bfp he stopped taking the vitamins BC he hated the taste

Yes but he complains about it too. To be fair they do smell and taste kind of gross. But as long as he takes them I like him vent about it and don't take it personally or anything. Mine suck too so I understand lol. At least I only have to take one prenatal. He has to take his Fertilaid 3 times a day. So yeah, as long as he's doing it I just say try to commiserate and be in it together!
