Does anyone know of any vitamins or non prescription meds that help with conceiving? I take one a day.. women's vitamins & prenatal vitamins as well everyday already (for past 6 months).. I'm just trying to see if there are any other opinions out there that won't put a huge hole in my pocket. Thanks!

Evening primrose oil is supposed to be awesome for women's health and fertility. I take one tablet of primrose oil and a prenatal every morning. Unfortunately I can't confirm the benefits to conceiving, I'm not pregnant yet ?

Some women use Vitex to help regulate their cycle and promote ovulation. It's a natural substance and is backed by research. I don't personally take it because I have only recently started TTC. You could look into that. Many women on here use it and have indicated it helped them.

It isn't expensive. I bought mine off Amazon. Just search Vitex. Hoping my order comes in soon!

It may sound crazy but I know women who swear by geritol they say there's a baby at the bottom of every bottle

That's quite possible, I should probably stop taking the women's vitamins & just take the prenatals. Does fish oil help with getting a BFP?

I think I've read somewhere that fish oil promotes fertility, I have started taking two fish oil pills a day

Be careful with taking double pills like that you don't want to have to much of some things!! Baby dust . I took prental b6 coq10 and fish oil white ttc before Bfp
