Diagnosed PCOS
I was diagnosed when I was 16 years old. They put me on birth control to make my periods normal. I was in a relationship for 5 1/2 years. I stopped taking the birth control and we were trying to conceive for a year. Nothing happened. I have gone years without contraceptives and I still have no luck of ever getting pregnant. I'm wondering if there's anything extra I can do to help my percentage of possibly getting pregnant get better. Any advice?
