I got upset over my boyfriend saying that he would tear Selena Gomez up if she was right in front of him with her legs wide open. Is this a stupid reason to be upset?

Ummm, to add to the other side of the argument, no I really don't think you have any reason to be upset for a few reasons.

1: He's never going to meet Selena Gomez (nor would she likely give him the time of day)

2: Sexual attraction is a very normal (typically man) thing. You shouldn't feel threatened because he finds another woman attractive.

3: There is literally nothing offensive about his statement and I say the gender equal of those statements about men.

My boyfriend are very comfortable sexually and I have been with him during instances that he will literally turn around to watch an ass go by. It's seriously not that big of a deal. If you feel insecure about it, that's totally your right, but you should probably find a more conservative boyfriend.

I know I would be upset. Even if he isn't going to ever meet her, he should respect that you are his girl not one of his buddies.
