Post period itch

I'm on CD 6. My period pretty much stopped yesterday. Today I've had a few drops that's mostly colorless but has a blood/metallic smell. For the past few hours I've had a itch down there. It's not consistent but enough to be annoying. I last had sex about a week ago. Any idea what this is?
